Haus Ferienglück

The "Haus Ferienglück" is situated in a favoured, quiet location in the Blindau district with direct access to cross-country ski runs and hiking trails. The ski bus to the Winklmoosalm/ Steinplatte can be reached on foot in one minute. Our holiday flat "Haus Ferienglück" for 2-4 people can be reached via a separate entrance and extends over two floors and a generous 67 m² (house in the house). It was completely renovated in 2023 and lovingly refurnished. You have free WiFi internet access throughout the flat. On the ground floor, an entrance area with cloakroom and storage facilities leads to the large cellar room belonging to the flat, a guest WC and the living-dining room with large kitchen. This area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, wicker armchair, coffee table, sideboard with large Smart TV, an extendable dining table with Chiemsee chairs and a pretty wood-burning stove. A double glass door leads to the spacious terrace with garden furniture and parasol. The new, fully equipped kitchen has a 4-zone induction ceramic hob. The fridge with freezer compartment has the "3 stars, energy efficient AAA" seal. The kitchen also has a dishwasher, an extractor bonnet and an oven at eye level. All necessary kitchen appliances are available, e.g. coffee machine, thermos flask, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, blender. A further advantage is the large storage area and the bright, friendly character thanks to two windows that can be opened. Highchairs are available on request for younger guests. On the upper floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed with an additional armchair bed and a four-door wardrobe with a small safe for your valuables. The room opens onto a traditional balcony with wooden chairs. A second small bedroom is furnished with a single bed with storage space and a small chest of drawers. An additional cot or travel cot can be added here on request. The lovingly designed bathroom with window has been recently renovated. It has a large floor-level shower, a hairdryer, a suspended toilet with soft-closing mechanism, towels, towel heating, a step stool for children and a baby toilet attachment. In the spacious cellar there is a hoover, clothes horse, ironing board and iron in addition to the relevant household items. The large cellar offers storage space for skis, skateboards, sledges, golf and hiking equipment, for example. Here you will also find the cushions for the garden loungers.  To make your stay at Haus Ferienglück in Reit im Winkl perfect, our guests receive the "Reit im Winkl inclusive card". This includes the use of outdoor and indoor swimming pools, the Benz-Eck lifts and a discount on ski passes in Seegatterl/ Winkelmoosalm. Every year, the village comes up with an attractive programme with lots of fun in the great outdoors for guests of all ages, from pony rides to high ropes courses at any time of year.
